Preparation:

 

  1. Add the oil to a small bowl or ramekin, add the spices and mix together.
  2. Coat the chicken breast fillets with oil on both sides.
  3. Preheat the teppan yaki to level 5.
  4. Sear both sides of the chicken breast fillets on the preheated grill.
