Chicken nuggets

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into small pieces, season with salt and pepper. 
  2. Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Spread the flour and breadcrumbs on separate plates.
  3. Roll the nuggets first in the flour, then the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.
  4. Place a grill pan on the stove and heat using a medium hob setting.
  5. Add vegetable oil to the pan and fry the nuggets until golden yellow on both sides. Remove the nuggets and drain on kitchen paper.
