Potato Gratin

  1. Wash, peel and slice the potatoes.

  2. Grease a temperature-resistant oven dish. Put the potatoes in.

  3. Mix the tomatoes, pepper, nutmeg, cream and Parmesan together in a bowl. Pour the mass over the potatoes.

  4. Put the oven dish on a wire rack in the oven.Set the hot air function to 180°C and bake the gratin for about 45 minutes.

  5. Take out of the oven and serve.

200 ml cream

100 g parmesan
